About Bash Bags
Made with love, ready to party!
Bash Bags came to be after founder Brenna Kowall had a dream about gifting to her own bridesmaids and making unique gift bags that showed off her creative spirit. After telling her fiancé, Brian, all about this dream, the two of them began to put their heads together and decided to make that dream come to life. Today, we have created 9 celebratory designs (and counting!) for not only brides, but party-goers and gifters around the world. Our bags have been a part of weddings and celebrations everywhere from our hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, to California, to Japan.
Each Bash Bag design is drawn and hand-lettered by Brenna. That means each design is unique to Bash Bags. The designs are also applied to our tote bags by screen printing, providing a more professional and longer-lasting finish than what a typical iron on or heat press would give you.
The best part about Bash Bags is that they can be used for any celebration and make the perfect gift. Gym bag? Farmer’s Market? You name it—Bash Bags are perfect for all of life’s necessities even after the party.
Meet the Team
Brenna Kowall is the founder and designer behind Bash Bags. Longing for a way to blend her passion for entrepreneurship, art and design, and celebrations, Brenna knew she had found her calling after reminiscing over an odd dream she had involving gift bags for weddings. It gave a whole new meaning to the term, “dream job”! Brenna has brought together her background in photography, design, and marketing to share Bash Bags with brides all over the world.
Brian Rudary is the fiancé, pro shipping strategist, and right-hand-man at Bash Bags. From coming up with the company name (yes, really!), to organizing inventory and tracking analytics, this guy really does it all. Don’t ask him to design the next Bash Bag artwork, but you can count on him for reciting the perfect business pitch, orchestrating meetings with our vendors and contacts, and knowing when to call it a day and grab some wine.
Odin is the sleepiest, laziest, and cuddliest Bash Bags employee. We rescued Odin in February of 2016. He has us completely wrapped around his finger—or, paw! He’s the perfect companion for when we need a quick walk to refresh our totes crazy minds.
If you made it this far, it’s probably safe to say we are best friends. We’d love to chat—whether it’s to just talk shop, explain how Bash Bags can be a part of your event, or answer any questions you may have. Contact us and say hey!
